H1B filing by 2 employers

Can 2 employers apply for my H1B
1) My current employer is planning to apply for H1B this April. Since all H1B applications goes through a lottery, Is there a way to increase my chances of going through lottery system?
2) Can I get another consultancy to apply for my H1B too? Once I get the H1b, I can start to work for the company which got it approved? Will there be any legal complications in this?

Hi,

I have 2 offers from two different employers, however I do not know if both can file H1 for me.

Both have asked for documents to be submitted.
May I know what should I do in this case? Just wondering if my selection in lottery chance will increase if two employers file.

Or is it illegal to file? But it looks to be a valid scenario for me as two employers can ask you to join them, ultimately you would be joining one!
