Possible TN sponsor it's a 6 months old S Corp- Chances of approval?

I have a job offer to sponsor my visa TN but the company it's a 6 months old S Corp, no Income tax filed, just monthly 941 payments and Quarterly State unemployment tax, do I have a chance of been approved?, even no Annual Income tax for the Company has been filed?, I'm in a current TN Visa, my the current employed terminated business a week ago,
 
You should be ok, there is no means test for TN.
Just to clarify, if you aren't working, you are not in TN status anymore.
