Hi Mr. Khanna,
I came to US last year on May 11,2013. I applied for my extension on B1 & B2 visa prior to its expiration and got accepted. Meanwhile, I was looking for universities to pursue M.B.A to enhance my career opportunities and applied my F1 visa in May. Somehow or the other it got delayed by 17 days and genuinely, I can't remember what exactly took me so long. Now, I have received a letter from immigration requesting a 'reason for the delay in filing the visa 'along with ' change of status ' from B2 to F1. As far as my memory goes It took time from my university to offer me I 20. Please, advice.
