high case number and new application

i won dv 2015 but case number is high at AF82XXX , so obviously it is unlikely to get interview , can i apply for dv lottery 2016 while i am waiting the dv 2015 interview , plz urgent help as few days remain for application .thanx

with the same email or ido need to change it or any other detail used for the last application ?
