TD visa for 1 year

I have three year TN visa. However at the airport officer gave only one year TD visa to my wife and children. What should I do now? This happened first time earlier all the time I was traveling with them I got same duration TD & TN visa.
 
Well, assuming their passports were valid for 3 years, you should have demanded a correct date. Now, next time they cross, but before the year is up, they need to renew their I-94's with the correct date.

They are fine for now, but will need to get a new I-94.
 
Thanks, Nelosona. In my TN case officer forgot to mention company name in the system I came to know when my E-varify failed and client told me to call to find the reason.
 
That is the problem with them not issuing you I-94's on the spot. That is whey it is important to ALWAYS obtain a printout (or ask for one) as soon as possible.
As I said, this needs to be corrected, but can be done anytime in the next years.
