Are there any Canadians out there who have gone through a I-140 and I-485 from a TN Status?
Anyone who was also paid on a corp-to-corp basis?
This means my TN sponsor has been "Company A" who paid my S-Corp "Company Mine" who them paid me personally? So my tax returns / W2s and pay stubs all show "Company Mine".
While I have an S-Corp ... I have never "self-sponsored". It's always a big company who sponsors me and then pays me via 1099 corp to corp.
So any fellow Canadians want to calm my nerves? Please?
