EB-3 programmer without a degree

Hi,

Here is my situation. I am currently 26 years old and I only finished 2 out of 4 years of my Bachelors in Computer Science. I dropped out of school due to financial reasons and started taking freelance programming jobs which I was capable of doing because of self-study. I became very good at it and got high-paying jobs in my country.

Four years ago I got outsourced by a company in the US and I've been working with them full-time until now. My company is willing to get me to the US so I researched and came across the EB-3.

My job for this company will be a programmer, always has been. I know that that requires a bachelors degree at minimum but is there any way to appeal that I am crucial to this company since I've known all the ins and outs of its systems for four years? What alternatives are there other than finishing my bachelors since I already don't have time to do it as I am working full-time? What can I do, if there's anything at all, to strengthen my case? Or is this a lost cause?
