Hello,
My parents I-130 is approved, and I am currently collecting documents for DS-260. One of the documents is Petitioner's Original Birth Certificate. Thing is that I dont have original birth certificate. When I applied for my citizenship, I submitted secondary documents (affidavits & non-availability certificates), and those were accepted. I have these documents (original) as well as Citizenship certificate that mentions my date of birth.
Now, my questions is, for DS-260, do I submit original citizenship certificate or those secondary documents in lieu of birth certificate? Will I get the original citizenship certificate back later (if that is what needs to be submitted)?
Thanks.
