Please share your thoughts as we are quite confused with our GC status.
I filed GC in Feb 2003 as EB3 through Company A. Filed I-485 in Oct 2007.
Everything was going ok on EAD.
In 2010, I joined Company B and filed new GC through EB2 in 2011 end.
I just got PERM approved from Co B last week.
What is the next process if I like to get my I-140 porting done by Co B ? How long it will take me through here ..an estimate based on current.
One of the reason I am looking to get clear picture is, I am planning to join other company C very soon.
Appreciate your tips.
