EAD WHILE ASYLUM IS PENDING

I am going to apply for an EAD and at the same time I will apply to couple of companies to work. As far as I know, EAD is going to be for a year, but in reality it is only valid until the decision time. Is it possible for the company to check the EAD and realize that EAD is a temporary and only valid until the asylum decision time?

i dont think so , denying you because you have a temporary EAD is illegal

I applied for my EAD on August 25 and recived the letter of acceptance from USCIS for my application and the online case status mentioned it is on initial review my assylum is pending for 184 days and I am not still work and beside the emotional burden I can't work and support myself. What should I do to get the results and decisions I deserve. Looking forward to here from you guys
