Hi Guys,
I am applying for Green Card for my Dad. I am a US Citizen.
My Birthday in my birth certificate is changed. There is a remark in my birth certificate as:
Remarks: According to the verdict N0.... Date... file No...of court ... the date of birth of the holder is corrected from XX/XX/XXXX to YY/YY/YYYY.
In all my documents, I have used the correct date of birth which is YY/YY/YYYY.
However, This correction is not done in my parent birth certificate so in their birth certificate my birth date is written XX/XX/XXXX.
Is this an issue? Should I add a letter highlighting this?
