Hello. My Sevis id was terminated due to Authorized Early Withdrawal since I had some family problems and withdrew from Studies and Left USA. Now I wish to apply to other UNIV again. So am I eligible to apply since I have a sevis termination. Also Since I will need a new F-1 visa will it be problem for getting a F-1 Visa.
