Renewing re-entry permit again.

Hello, I'd like to ask you a question please. I received my Green card 10 years ago. And over the past 10 years I have renewed and received 3 re-entry permits. I have always gotten 2 years for each re-entry permit. Now my 3rd re-entry permit expires in late July, so I will travel to the USA before it expires and leave again after a month. And then I want to travel back to the USA to renew my re-entry permit in December. Will this be a problem?

I'm very surprised you were given 3 full re-entry permits. I'd be very surprised if you got another 2-year permit. Maybe a 1-year permit. But, you might be rejected outright. If not, you'd be very lucky. Either way, doing this continuously will not end well.
