    K3 visa and Felony: how does it affect the process?

    If a US citizen applying for his wife's K3 visa and has a felony on his criminal records, in what way (if any) is it going to affect the process? I noticed there are no background questions on I-130, but I'm still very confused. Does anybody has any knowledge on this matter?

    Reply to PVKBY Yea everything is correct: Came here June 2005 on J-1, changed J1=>B1 on september 2005, got her approval on January 2006, went home on march 29th 2006 (before expiration of her extension). Now is attempting to get F-1 visa.
