    Let's go back to the basic, the processing time is the time most cases been proved. Do you think they almostly clean the Oct, Nov, Dec cases of 01?

    a dw_guy, How do you know they issue you a RFE which you haven't receiced? By on line or your lawyer?

    I feel the system has some problems. Every time when they tell you to wait for another 60 days, the reality is they don't know what's the status is. We know there is something wrong for our cases, but there is no any way to find the problems. That is a black hole.

    BCIS called to say they were processing our cases??

    They have time to do 2nd, 3rd finger print; they have time to schedule you a interview at Christmas day, later on sent you another letter said they realize that is Holiday and reschedule another day; they have time to do 2nd, 3rd EAD; they just don't have no time to straightly look at the case.
