i believe for structural engineer, M.S with no exp will qualify for EB2, but my most concern is the PWD level. I don't want the job requirement to be too high that I can't achieve it. Anybody can help?
thanks for reply. I think the job requirement will be structural engineer. I really want to make clear about level 3 or level4 for M.S plus 2 yrs experiences. so i can decide how many years experiences i should put in the job requirement. i don't want to put a too high PWD which i can't achieve...
