    Case Status Changed to "WITHDRAWN" I am also in the same boat. My case (June, 2003 Non-RIR) was in "IN-PROCESS" till 10/31 and today it became "WITHDRAWN". I have sent an email to my attorney and waiting for the reply. Please post any updates you get from your attorney(s). Thanks
