    Why don't you go for a court marriage before your FP date and file i-485 for your wife before doing your FP. Once you file her I-485 go for your FP at scheduled date or postpone FP for yourself

    When I applied for canadian Immigration then they asked for proof of status in US. So I think it won't be possible for you to apply from US. What you can do is, apply for Visa from T& T while you are in US. Once visa is granted in T&T you may fly from US to Canada.

    If those emails have only your Case number then that is for your card only. And this happens very often, don't worry she will get her ordered soon.

    No USCIS Mail is redirected to new address. If it is not deliverable at the address shown on Notice then USPS send them back. They won't forward USCIS mail to new address evenif they have your new address.

    I would recommened using AP as her H4 is already voided once she started working using her EAD/SSN. Not showing AP could create issue at POE so better use AP.

    I don't see "Courtesy Copy: original sent to .." and no where it says "Courtesy Copy". So I think it is original approval notice and they didn't update my attorney information yet. Thanks

    EAD renewal from India

    srini_king srini_king, if it is renewal I don't think it will take more than two weeks. I applied for my wife and go approved in 7 days. But you have to be in US as you have to give last I-94 alongwith application and if you are in India I don't think you will be able to provide that.

    PP Stamping is not required in this case for kid. His/her card should be there in 3-4 weeks.
