When should I-129 be submitted in duplicate? The instructions say "sumbit the petition in duplicate if you checked block "a" in Question 4 of part 2 of the form". Which question do they mean? Question 4 is about prior petition and doesn't have any blocks to check.

I have been offered the wage of the rest US empoyees in the same position in the company. It's not that I am taking the job for less.

The company I work for is willing to sponsor me for H1b after my OPT is over, but the wage they offer me is less than the prevailing wage (although it is the same as the actual wage). I am ok with it, since that's the only way I can stay in the US and the salary is way more than what I can get...
