Got a reply from DOL I got a reply back to the letter that i sent to Elaine saying only the employer or lawyer can send a request like this and i should not contact them directly.

My Case is put back into process, as usual in a waiting mode for adjudication.

My case was closed by DOL saying that my lawyers did not send the report for RRI sent by DOL. Lawyers said they never received RRI in the first place. DOL sent the RRI and we filed a response on 05/11.
