AP APPROVAL DATE 01/25/06,EXPIRY DATE 01/23/06.How about 01/24/06? My qns: 1.AP Approval date says 01/25/05 and i thought 01/24/06 is the expiry date,but statement in AP says before 01/24/06.If the AP is valid for 1 year,why it says before 01/24?

You can't work legally without valid EAD.You need to take time off or deferred payment or something like that.

Primary Applicant can send AC21 Docs,but any issue with 485 or i1450 revokion goes to lawyer and sometimes you may not get anything from INS.so its better to go thru Lawyer,so u 'll get help. you can always change the lawyer by filing G 28 FORM with new lawyer. FYI My previous employer did...
