I am currently practicing Adult Psychiatry. My current employer has sponsered my EB 2 application. Myi-140 is approved and in February 2009, six months will lapse since I filed I-485. I intend doing a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Can I invoke AC 21 to start a fellowship in July 2009 ?
