I think it is illogical second batch takes the unused CN of the first batch. Surely those with high CN will not participate again in the second draw. So it is unfair to put them as high and preventing them in the second draw. It is fair place the second batch as second in process.

Dv-2013 I am from Kenya neighbor Ethiopia. I am selected on DV-2013. My case number is AF000309xx. When will be my interview ? Is KCC send confirmation e-mail without being requested by the selectee ? Thanks,
