"unfair" - my friend, is any part of this process fair? Well, the date the USCIS puts it in the system will be the official RD, even though your physical fedex/UPS may have reaced a week or two earlier. In my opinion how does a week or 2 matter? I mean is it worth fighting the battle with USCIS...

miladinabi, You did 2 separate Fingerprints for 485 and EAD? I thought they could use the FPs taken for 485. I just completed my FPs for 485. I have applied for EAD, Does that mean I will be asked to do FPs again??

FP update Did my FP today in Alexandria, VA.... got a LUD... My AP has been approved, no approval copy yet. Does it come to me or attorney?? No movement on EAD till now... Good luck to aLL!

no LUD After FP today I had my FP appointment this afternoon, and I have not seen a LUD in my case yet. How much time does it take to have change in LUD after the FP appointment? BTW, the ASC in Alexandria VA is a s%%t hole.... People were very blue collar and shady stuff was going on around...

cases approves with peding RFEs on I485s guys, I know at least two folks who had their I485s approved, even when they had a pending RFE... The USCIS folks in their mad fit to approve applications and exhaust the visas approved 485s with pending REFs, not to mention that they approved them...

Any guesses Now, what will be interesting to see is that when the visa bulletin is released in October, how far are the dates retrogressed... Any guesses??
