Please help me. I got NTA before a jugde today .There was no date set. My case, is that I married twice. My first marriage did not work out well and we splitted and i went into second marriage which has been great until after two years. while having problem, me, the woman left the home for my husband, i just want ed to teach him a lesson but unfortunatelly, uscis visted and and met a neighbour that doesnt know me. after 14months of their visit, they sent a notice of intent to deny and at that time we have reconciled and gotten back together. my husband rebutted but after 1 year, uscis sent a letter for denial to my husband listing reasons and in mine, they said i have to appear before a jugde. in the letter they told my husband that i was ineligle for a visa considering my first marriage. what happens next? we intend to hire a lawyer but we want to be prepared. .Can I ever be approved again if I go before a jugde with my husband? How long does it take to get a court date?
