It's the same thing happened to my case. Employer got the cover letter only w/o forms, but lawyer haven't got anything yet after about 40 days. Although it could be due to lawyer address change and mail returned, PBEC may also never sent anything to the lawyer. We keep on sending requests and...

Oh, man! That's the longest wait I have ever seen so far. You definitely need to do sth. I have lost all my patience after waiting for 50 days for the approval document. But my lawyer is cooperative and sent many requests to PBEC. I hope I can get it soon. Good luck, buddy!

Is it now still allowed to do conversion? I also saw many TR cases certified recently. I don't think it is bad to reopen your case and maybe it will get certified soon, or the worst is before 31, Sept.

My PD is 10/2004, EB2-RIR.

Surprisingly, my RIR case got approved yesterday!!! I was very upset to expect a NOF after I saw many NOFs recently. Thank God this didn't happen. Hope to get the approval document soon. Good luck to every one here!

Final Review Just got a screenshot from PBEC indicating my RIR case status is Final Review. Don't know how long it will take from there to certified.:confused:

Thank you for updating your case status. What's your PD? My case online status is shown as IN PROCESS. I sent about 5 emails to PBEC requesting a screenshot, but without response. I doubt my case is not in proper position.
