Where to find topics about Missouri Service Center?

Greetings! Can you please tell me why the processing of K3 (I129-f) MSC goes back to April 17, 2003 as of Sept. 1, while as of Aug 15 last month its already on July 14, 2003? Why the movement is backwards? Thank you very much I hope you enlighten me in this. More power and God Bless...
