you should see if you have all the evidence you would need to prove your marriage is bona fide. if your evidence is rock solid, you do not need your wife's cooperation to receive your 10 year GC.

My wife has a condo under her name. Is there a way for me to add my name to whatever paperwork there is that can be used as proof of living together? Im not trying to be added as co-owner of the condo; just that I am living there. Is there some sort of "tenant list" paper form that I can fill...
