new H1B filling(2009-2010)
My employer has not received EAC number for my H1 filling which has filed on April . not sure if it has missplaced or something worng with H1 filling process. I was think if i could refile it through same employer or different different employer. Please advise.- perm_visa

My employer has filed H1 for 2009-2010 two months ago but I have not received my EAC number yet. Anybody can please tell me why does USCIS take so long to issue EAC number against new H1 filling? Does it really take that long. Thanks in advance.- perm_visa
