Am I free to travel and OK at entry port on way back in the State with passport stamping and w/o physical greencard? I have been using AP for my last few international trips.

For those who have gone through the passport stamping procedure, would you kindly share your experience? specially in Charlotte NC. Just made an appointment through infopass, and like to be better prepared. Thank you very much in advance.

I have to say that I belong to a group who are just unlucky in the immigration process. After wating almost two years on my I-485, and having the 2nd FP done about a month. I get an email that USCIS is asking more information in the case. Don't know what they want exactly yet. I do want to...

In my case, I took my notice forwarded from the old address to the new support center. There was no problem for them adminstrating the FP. Once they scan the bar code on the notice, they can extract all your information. They did key in the newest address information for me.

We, wife and I, moved from upstate NY to NC a few months back. Our 1st FPs were done in NY in Jan 03. Both of us received 2nd FPs to NY office at the old address. My wife also get the notice to go Charlotte. We plan to go Charlotte together, and hopefully we can get both done at the sametime...

How long after you e-filed I-765 you can see your case status on line?

e-filing for the EAD renew Just filed online. I indicated my I485 is pending at VSC and the first EAD was granted from VSC as well. But BCIS receipt number I got afterwards is MSCXXXXX, BCIS service center (MO) atten: E-filed I-765. Is this normal? or does it matter? Appreciated if you can...

Albany does issue Interim EAD after 90 days. They only take care of EAD business on Wed. You neeed your receipts. I think you better show them both 485 and 765. You can call and confirm with them before the trip. Albany office is kind small and nice one.
