    Why premium processing for I-140?

    hi!! I have a question too. my employer is in the process of filing I-140 and my PD is current. Does it make difference if you file Premium or regular? Any ideas?

    Weekly wage rate in I-140

    does the weekly wage rate in I-140 need to be same, lower than the rate menioned in PERM? Does it make a difference? thanks od2004

    Hi!! My PERM is approved and I'm self filing for I-140. My employer filed H1 under company A and due to changes in circumstances she registered her own company. Now I still work for her at the same location but under a new company. My job is same too. My former lawyer said this is not a problem...
