To whom is waiting for approval after submitting RFE, I would like to give you a piece of advice. If you have been waited to long call IIO, let them know your concern. I think it will accelerate your process, at least they will notice that your case has been ignored (if not some serious issue)...

hope that is true. guess what, for quite a long time I never use AVM to check my status. a minute ago, i just dialed the AVM it says my case has been approved on March 19 (my wife and daughter also). however, online has not changed yet. RD 10/17/01 ND 11/18/01 FP 05/22/02 RFE 01/27/03...

just called NSC. a nice lady answered my call. asked my case status: RFE replied on Feb. 11, INS updated on Feb. 18. still no approval though some of us got approved within 1-2 wks. she told me that my case is in position for further review (not assigned to an officer yet). decision should...
