I filed for my wife who's in Ahmedabad right now..I'm a US citizen and filed I-130 (CR1), receipt date: 04/01/2010, haven't heard anything back for USCIS yet..I dont know what's going on there? When did u apply? What all did u send with ur I-130? I'm wondering if the delay is because I forgot to include some documents that should have been attached?? Please, let me know! thanks my friend!
