H4 to GC---How? My i-485 has been approved on April 26 2005, and i got married on Feb 2005. Due to Visa appointment issues my wife got her h4 visa in September 2005. She is in USA now. I have received the CARD in August and UCSIS asked me to fill i-824 for some missed biometric documents...- Nagineni
