My Layer sent an inquiry to TSC on Dec 9th , 2004 about my case status. Till now no response from TSC. I-140 RD : 10/27/2003 EB3 I-485 RD : 02/21/2004 FP Done : 10/14/2004. Normally how much time INS takes to send the response??

You can go to local ins office for fingerprinting. just take the notice and they will take your fungerprints without any hassles. one more thing, you will have 84 days from the date of appointment to attend for fingerprints.

You can take that FP notice and go to your local INS office and have them fingerprint. they will do it. explain them the situation if they ask you details.
