It was sent to Nebraska as I live in Indiana. I am not sure where it ended up as my employer never sent me a case number to track it as the approval got here so quickly. From other postings I am assuming it got sent to Texas. Once I see the approval notice I will let you know for sure.

in same box I think My PD is November 2002, case number still starting with T as of three weeks ago. Still no 45 day letter. The wait was bad enough when they were doing regional cases, seems worse now seeing later dates not only getting letters but approvals too for state cases.

I found out my temporary case number (T05181) from senator Lugars office back in October. My priority date is November 2002. Still no 45 day letter.

The EB3 category is backlogged for the entire world. However, this is for the I485 adjustment of status stage. Once you have your labor certification your employer can file the I140 immediately.
