H1B transfer time Rags, You are right. Mine has been file through regular processing. I don't think INS has even encashed the check yet. I will surely let you know when i get my receipt. Good luck to you too!

H1B transfer time Rags, My transfer papers were submitted to INS almost abt 25 days back. I have not yet received my reciept. Let me know if you have any updates or if u r in a similar situation. Thanks!

I agree Samath..its been a long wait. So when the H1s are finally approved, will they start from the point of when they get approved? It is past the OCt 1st date.. So I was a little worried

Mine is regular processing. Original receipt date- June 16th RFE generated- Oct 31 RFE received- Nov 14 and then there was a change in the status message like everyone else on Nov 20.

Same here.... my status also changed like all of you. my case is at VSC. I wonder how much longer will the process take...

My receipt date is June 20 (VSC) Still waiting for approval... Can we still get approval after Oct 1st? I thought the H1s were to start from Oct 1st... Hope we all get it soon!
