Labor approved MDWatch and other volunteers I checked the Case Status Check link and found that my labor is approved. Still waiting to know from my employer when it is approved etc. Please updated my information in the tracker. Thanks.

My understanding is that 'T' stands for temporary. All cases that start with T are partially entered into BEC system. Once the data entry is completed, the letter 'T' will be changed either to 'D' for Dallas BEC or 'P' for Philly BEC.

There is no way to track the status of 45 day letter and there is no First In First Out in the process of either generating or sending the 45 Day letters. My PD is 5/2004 MI, no news, no 45 day letter. thanks

Hi Karnish Did you labor approved by now? I came to know that Dallas BEC is processing Dec 2003 applications. My priority date is May 2004. I didn't get the 45 day letter. thanks
