am in the USA on a Tourist visa and this my second visit. I am still here. I am married and my husband and kids are in India. I am supposed to leave USA in next two months. I like to apply for Green card or atleast get work visa. What should I do? Should I apply for my visit extension first or apply for green card? I live with my sister who is US citizen. My family and I would really appreciate your generosity.
