opinion? The lawyers say shouldn't be a problem, ofcourse no guarantees. The employer has filed EB2 perm for similar positions before too. Any opinion on whther I should wait out the BEC and hope 485 doesn't retrogress further or just take the risk with PERM?

GC in 1 yr with PERM 1 year estimate for GC through PERM: 3 months pre work, 2 months for approval right now 140/485 is taking 6 months for approval in CA so 11 months best case GC according to current situation.
