I heard about that re-direct mail too but don't know how it works :( From the thread I read before, USCIS sent it to his old address and a few days after that it was sent back to USCIS and then he got an email update saying that the mail was sent back blah blah blah. I mean he already changed...

Inviting all B2 married to USC

I told my interview officer the truth why I am here on B2. I was thinking about the spouse visa too but from my research, it takes too long. And as stated in the form that B2 is not forbidden to AOS so we just take that as a yes. I think it's all about your intention and how good you can...

I was here on B2. Got married last year..went back home and came back here few months later..then filed everything a month after. I didn't know that it's not right to file eveything when you are on B2. It's just that I don't want to wait months or years to come back here and be with my...

    Fingerprints... again??

honestly, the officer should have known if the fingerprint is good enough. they shouldnt waste our time and their time to do the same job twice. I think my hands were sweaty too but the lady kept doing it and made sure its good enough. God bless her!

Is Atlanta DO the only office that REQUIRES TB skin test?

I think its the standard. I live in Orlando. An extra 100 dollars isn't so bad. I ended up paying like 270 dollars or something. Man it was painful. I couldn't lift my arm for days..just to let you know :D

I'm not sure if you can call and check your date. You should get the appointment letter about a week after they received your apps.

married to USC, currently lives overseas, how to enter U.S

Oh..and like what I said above. I filed everything 1 month after my arrival and my interview officer didn't have a problem with that. The only issue he had was that I left after I got married. He said it was suspicious cos I'm should have left my husband after married. I explained to him and he...
