Thanks. Alfa !! EA. Actually, the ND maybe 08/07 not 09/07. Because on the notice, it said that priority date is 08/07. I am not sure.

WAC-01-277-xxxx ND 09/07/01 Ap 02/06/02 We received approval notice from INS today, said it was approved on 02/06. But, I just call AVM. The message is still the same (Receipt has been sent out. the decision will be made in 30-60 days). Will this be a problem? Did anyone get the notice...

I cannot believe they are still processing the cases with RD: 06/21/01. About a month ago, they were processing 06/20/01 !! Does anyone know what happen to this category? Is anyone applying for I-140 in this category? My RD is 09/11/01. Also, would someone tell me what is ND? RD is receipt...

I-140 A&B E1-E2 Is I-140 A&B E1-E2 equals to EB1/EB2? I am new here. If it is, it is really slow. Anyone has luck lately? My case: RD:9-11-01. What is ND, by the way? I guess I have a long way to go. :(
