No Title What is the date the new fee effective? Mail date of visa date?

Hi   I mailed my application for revalidation of H-1B in May and only enclosed a $45 check, now the fee is adjusted to $65. How can I do? Send another $20 or wait for reference? I need to leave USA in early July. Please help
