Usualy it takes a week. But there have been cases of documents lost in mail, just plain old delays etc so its never certain. Can you travel as planned hoping that you will get the AP by the time you are ready to come back?

Sorry about the delay. Here is an update: A copy is sent to the lawyer. This needs to be carried with you in original, copy or fax will not help. We went through with lawyers copy and things went swimmingly! Cheers.

got 140 approval today. PD 12/2004, had filed 140 in dec 2006. EB3 RIR. Regular 140 processing. :D

Got it done this morning. 190 per person including DT, MMR and skin test + bloodwork. Xray may be extra, will know on Friday. Houston. Company's gonna pick up the tab. :)
