    Yes, It is ok to move. I did confirm that with attorney and he said it is ok to move withing branches.

    Hi, I am glad that I found this thread. I did my perm through Ciber and have a approved 140. I would like to take a transfer and work for a different branch. Has any one done this before? Does the GC application still remain valid. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

    Anyone been to Calcutta for H1B stamping

    I am going to india next month and planning on getting H1 stamped at Calcutta Embassy. Has anyone faced any problem at Calcutta? What all documents do they ask for?

    Duplicate H-1 Approval

    I-824 Recently I applied for a duplicate copy of my H1b approval using the I-824 form. I paid $120 but now the fee has increased to $140. Look in the INS site for the form and instructions. Ipsita
