In a few more (may be 3 to 4) days, you should your msg change to something like this: "On xxxxxxxx, 2005, the card order was completed and we mailed the applicant's new card directly to him or her. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this card, you may wish to verify or update your...
Did you inform CIS that you are changing employer per AC21 and send the supporting documents?
tuxedo,
You are eligible for AC21. You are eligible to take up the new offer. Get a letter from the new employer stating that they are hiring you on a "permanent" basis and describing your job...
You do not need to wait for the approval notice to make an infopass appointment.
You should select this option "You have received an approval letter or Form I-797C from the Service Center or local office instructing you to come into the office for alien identification card processing / passport...

3. After 2 to 3 weeks of step 2, call NSC...

So, I guess, the delay in stamping should...

I am assuming that you are the primary applicant.
Since you did not get FP3, it is quite possible that you will get approved in the last week of Feb (that is, after abt 4 weeks from when the RFE response was received by CIS). That is the usual trend. So, I think you should start hoping that...
