    Started fellowship while still waiting for I-485 approval & NIW I-140 approval

    Hi all, If you have completed 5 years of NIW in a MUA, and your 140 was self-petitioned, then can't you do a fellowship and also maintain an office in a MUA and show that if RFE requested?

    Retrogression and NIW

    Fellowship with EAD After finishing the 5 year NIW, can you do fellowship with the EAD. Some say that as long as you have served the 5 year term you can do anything as long as it is in the medical field and others say that you have to stay in a similar job. ANy thoughts?
