I'm about ready to send the I-751 for my wife (I'm USC). Her GC expires 2/27/2010 I have about all documents ready except for this: In what format do those affidavits have to be?? Does anyone have an example? Furthermore, does it need to be notarized? The I-751 instructions say nothing...
