    Got RFE on I131 AP I saw a LUD yesterday 08/27/2007 on my family's I131, got email today, additional evidence needed for both my spouse and my daughter's I131. wondering what they need. there was a LUD on my I131 on 22nd, but nothing after that Also our EAD's got approved yesterday...

    I too have seen a LUD on 5th August on my I140, I had applied on march 8th 2007 though, my I140 is still pending. EB3 PD 01/22/2002 I140 applied 03/08/2007 I485,I765,I131 applied on 20th June 2007 USCIS Notice date 30th July 2007 FP notice received appt on 22-AUG-07
