    Can I send a fax to check my case?

    Hi I did my 2FP on June 08, my case is EB2 filed on July, 2002. On June 10 they received my 2FP result. There is no new news since then, can I send a fax to INS? Why I saw someone got approval only after two weeks of 2FP, and mine is taking that long? Thanks!

    For yours, it makes sense because you are working in Los Angeles, but mine is not because I am working in San Jose. Good luck to us!!!

    Hi I am in the same boat like you. One thing I don't understand is why our cases are in Los Angeles Download Office. I am working in San Jose, my case is EB-2, which was filed in middle of 2002. It should be in the California Center Office, right? Anyone can help here? Thanks a lot!!!!
